This section explains how to install and start ReportPro.
Checking the ReportPro Package
The ReportPro package should contain the following items:
• ReportPro CD-ROM or Disk Set
• User's Guide
• Registration card
• Other product literature may also be included
Install ReportPro from CD-ROM
| • | Insert the ReportPro CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive |
| • | Press Start on your Windows task bar and select Run |
| • | In the Run dialog, type the following: |
| • | "CD-ROM Drive" :\SETUP |
| • | (where "CD-ROM Drive" is the drive letter of your CD-ROM) |
| • | Click OK. |
| • | The installation program will guide you through the installation process prompting for information as required. |
| • | Fill out your registration card and mail it in today! |
Installing ReportPro from Floppy Disk
| • | Insert disk 1 of the ReportPro Disk Set into your 3.5" disk drive |
| • | Press Start on your Windows task bar and select Run |
| • | In the Run dialog, type the following: |
| • | "Disk Drive" :\SETUP |
| • | (where "Disk Drive" is the drive letter of your 3.5" disk drive) |
| • | Click OK. |
| • | The installation program will guide you through the installation process prompting for information as required. |
| • | Fill out your registration card and mail it in today! |
Starting ReportPro
Press Start on your Windows task bar and select Programs. Move the mouse cursor over the ReportPro 2 menu option. Click the ReportPro icon that appears in the ReportPro sub-menu.
